As a Hydrovac Operator, you’ll work collaboratively to ensure accurate and safe utility location, supported by a team dedicated to high standards and excellence. Responsibilities include:

Safely operating a vacuum truck to uncover underground utilities.

Communicating effectively with coworkers, Project Managers, and Leadership to ensure smooth, safe operations.

Operating essential tools such as jackhammers, concrete saws, and vacuum hoses.

Setting up and maintaining traffic control as instructed to keep worksites safe.

Completing paperwork and record-keeping tasks accurately.

Performing basic field measurements and simple math.

Traveling throughout California, with occasional overnight stays of up to two weeks.

Keeping vehicles, equipment, and worksites safe and clean.

Managing time efficiently and adhering to schedules.

Working outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
