Primary Responsibilities:* Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.* Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.* Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level.* Record activity into a database.* Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required.* Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required.* Basic mechanical skills.* Basic computer skills.* High level of attention to detail.* Ability to read blueprints.* Ability to interface effectively with internal customers.* Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.Requirements Include:* High school diploma or equivalent is required* Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)* 2+ years soldering experience preferred* 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred* IPC-610 certification preferredIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
