This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
- Develops policies and procedures, and monitors the use of appropriated and nonappropriated fund resources impacting MWR activities.
- Serves as principal financial advisor to NAF managers as directed.
- Develops and implements plans and policies for use of resources.
- Formulates and maintains a system of internal management controls. Establishes policies, plans, procedures, reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established controls.
- Supervises assigned staff.
Requirements

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience which includes: 1) interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems; 2) interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results; AND 3) applying commercial budgeting techniques.
