All applicants must be able to prove they are legally eligible to work in the United States. Additional credit
will be given to applicants who reside within IW Local #380 geographic area, have completed algebra, or
graduated from an accredited pre-apprenticeship program.
Requirements
ITEMS THAT WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE THE TEST DATE INCLUDE:
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• High School Diploma or GED
• All High School, GED, and College Transcripts (whichever apply)
• A Statement from a Physician that you are physically capable of performing the work of the Trade.
• 3 Written Work References
All applicants must be able to prove they are legally eligible to work in the United States. Additional credit will be given to applicants who reside within the Local #380 geographic jurisdiction.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required.
