Package Delivery Driver (Non CDL)
As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering packages to homes and businesses on an assigned route. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Our drivers play a crucial role in the success of our business. Drivers are the face of the brand to our customers, and safely meeting customer expectations is the key to our success and growth. As a driver for FSF Holdings, you will deliver and pick-up packages along a designated route in our territory. FSF Holdings owns and operates its own vehicles, which all of our drivers are trained to operate. Safety, Teamwork, and Communication are critical elements of this role, and our operations leadership team will ensure you are set up for success each day.
A typical day involves arriving at the terminal by 8 am, verifying your vehicle is safe to operate, dispatching, completing your route, and returning to the terminal between 3 and 5 pm, depending on the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Load and unload packages and materials
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams
- Obtain signatures for delivered items
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (Required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong communication skills (email, phone)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
