Sheet Metal Apprentice
Sheet Metal Workers Local 214 is hiring apprentices for paid, on-the-job training and schooling. Veterans with a DD Form 214 get 1 year of apprenticeship credit and can use their GI Bill benefits once classes start. - Fabrication & Assembly: Shop fabrication and assembly of sheet metal parts and equipment.
- Installation: Field installation of sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Certifications: Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30: Must pass a background check and a 10-panel drug screen.License: Must hold a valid driver’s license.Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from heights, and work in outdoor elements.
