WARFIGHTING EXERCISES PLANNER
You will serve as a Joint Warfighting Exercises Northeast Asia (NEA) Plans Exercise Planner, Joint Exercise Division (J71), Training and Exercise Directorate (J7), Headquarters, United States Pacific Command (HQ US PACOM), located at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.
- You will manage Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Training and Exercise program.
- You will manage Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff exercise strategic lift budget for US PACOM exercises.
- You will plan, schedule, execute, and assess joint training and exercises.
- You will manage readiness, doctrine, and lessons learned.
- You will provide analytic support to deliberate and crisis action planning.
- You will provide decision support for developing and analyzing new concepts, plans, and strategies; training US PACOM staff; and to enhance theater security cooperation.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing, analyzing and incorporating operational plan/contingency plan guidance to execute joint training exercise programs; 2) Providing analytic support to deliberate and crisis action planning; 3) Providing decision support for developing and analyzing new concepts, plans, and strategies to enhance theater security cooperation.
