HI! I’m Mike, and I've recently retired after 20 years in the Navy. I'm looking for a new career in Web Development (or Agile/scrum).What I love most about working with Agile/Scrum is that I get to be part of every phase of the project, beginning to end. I have a unique outlook on leadership, management and facilitating that makes working with me fun.What I love most about web development is that it’s a constantly changing field. I enjoy being able to look back at where I started in a project, and what it looks like at the end. I remember this young man I met on his first day in boot camp. He was so brave and confident. In my role, I was able to help him build and refine his skills and talents to become the leader he is today. I look forward to having the ability to mentor and impact others in my next career as well.
