BSA (AML / CFT) & OFAC COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsible for oversignt of the BSA (AML / CFT) & OFAC Compliance department. Implement and administer all aspects of the program including CIP, monitoring enhanced due diligence reviews and OFAC Compliance. Manage and review all regulatory reporting including CTRs, SARs, Setion 314(a) and Section 314(b). Responsibilities also include the administration of teh independent and regulatory audit examiniations related to BSA (AML / CFT) & OFAC. Any additional assignments or job responsibilties related to BSA (AML / CFT) and OFAC.
