CRNA Opportunity in Coastal Port Charlotte — Supportive Team, Wide Scope of PracticeHCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal, Port Charlotte, FL. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
- Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
- Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc.
- No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
- CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
- Flexible shift options including 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour schedules, plus beeper call for additional compensation (one weekday late‑case coverage per week and one 48‑hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months; call‑ins are true emergent cases only, with a physician always on site).
- Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $40K Geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
- Start Date Bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available.
- 8 weeks of Time Away from Practice with no waiting period.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if clinicians opt to pick up extra shifts.
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, Life insurance, and FSA.
- 401(k) Company match starting at 3% and increasing with years of service.
- 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based.
