This position will serve on-site at San Diego, CA.Shift Time: 8am-5pm; 9/80 A ScheduleResponsibilities:*Maintain processes and procedures for the assembly and test of spacecraft, aircraft and/or related equipment. *Coordinate integration activities with supervisors, program engineers and various customer organizations. *Document and disposition hardware discrepancies and pursuing root cause and corrective actions. *Design and developing tooling to aid in the integration and test process.*Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem solving skills and Systems Thinking mindset.*Excellent decision making and communication (written and oral) skills.*Strong work ethic and the ability to work in an integrated product team (IPT) environment.*Ability and willingness to work independently with little oversight or direction.*Advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.*Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Secret Clearance with additional customer specified clearance prior to start.Preferred Qualifications for Integration and Test 3 /Basic qualifications plus:*Experience in an integration and test environment for complex electronic systems evaluation.*Experience performing Design Verification Tests, Environmental Qualification Testing, and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Qualification Testing*Working knowledge of DOORS and Verification Cross Reference Matrices.*Working knowledge of the following specialty areas: EOIR systems, sensors, optics.*Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE) concepts and tools.
