Receiving ClerkDuration: Contract 6 monthsLocation: Greensboro, NCPay Rate: $18/hrJob Summary: Verify contents of received material against bills of lading, invoices, or packing slips.Essential Job Duties:* Receive purchased and manufactured part and customer supplied material.* Ensure materials and parts are in processed in a timely manner.* Maintain paperwork/traceability of all incoming material to include Packing Lists, Certs, 8130"s, Conformity data and any other pertinent information.* Ensure log sheets are properly completed and maintained.* Loads/Unloads trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.* Maintain neat and orderly Receiving area.Secondary Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Job Qualifications: Minimum:* High school diploma or equivalent. * Read, write, speak and understand the English language.* Has a thorough knowledge of common receiving practices and warehouse operations, i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.* Must have working knowledge of receipt, verification and stocking of parts.* Must have the ability to lead people and accept responsibility.* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.Physical Requirements: * May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. * Subject to continual loud noises. * Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required. * Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods of time; climb steps and ladders.* Must be able to safely work around hazardous chemicals, solvents, resins and adhesives.
