Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.POSITION SUMMARY:This position will assemble and support the various medical device manufacturing processes.A detail-oriented Medical Device Assembly Technician to assemble, test, inspect, and refurbish electro-mechanical medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:* Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices and components.* Follow work instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.* Perform quality inspections and identify product defects.* Use testing and inspection equipment to verify product compliance.* Maintain accurate production and quality records.* Adhere to safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.* Support training and cross-training of team members.* Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED.* 1-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or technical support experience.* Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation.* Basic proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) and overtime as needed.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with ERP systems or electronic work instructions.* Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or medical device environments.* Familiarity with hand tools, testing equipment, and component assembly.* Coachable, adaptable, and committed to quality and safety.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
