This role involves technical writing, collaborating with shop floor staff and management, auditing, and ensuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other quality standards/regulations. You'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with different levels of management and staff on documentation revisions* Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and personnel to be affected by documentation revisions* Review and ensure compliance with aerospace regulations pertaining to Maintenance Repair Operations* Facilitate and host meetings around documentation revisions* Conduct audits, assessing manufacturing processes and compliance to quality standards.* Issue and track corrective actions, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve roadblocks.* Monitor corrective action plans and ensuring timely resolution * Other responsibilities as assigned to meet business needsRequired Qualifications:* 1 or more years' experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing setting.* Skilled in using quality tools and systems, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and practices.* Proficiency in interpreting supporting specifications and regulations.* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Adobe/Kofax.* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence presenting to groups.* US citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.Preferred Qualifications:* Associate or Bachelor"s degree in engineering or a related discipline.* AS9100 Rev D Lead Auditor Certification.* Experience with advanced quality tools and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices.* Experience with technical writing of standard operating procedures and other revision-controlled documentsBelcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
