Core Responsibilities* Drawing Production: Create detailed plans, layouts, and cross-sections using AutoCAD.* Design Translation: Turn rough hand sketches, redlines, or verbal directions from engineers and architects into final visual documents.* Revisions: Update existing drawings based on client feedback, test results, or team redlines.* Collaboration: Meet with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure designs are practical and accurate.* File Management: Organize, label, and maintain digital drawing libraries and project records.Key Requirements and Skills* Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD* Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, understand basic engineering metrics, and follow industry standards.* Education: Associate"s degree in drafting, engineering design, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
