Application Support Analyst

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a remote Applications Support Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to users experiencing issues with the CRM or agency Help Desk systems, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM and Help Desk software. 

Major duties

• Develop, monitor, maintain, and deliver communications for the CRM and agency Help Desk product teams.
• Coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders supporting the development of CRM and agency Help Desk applications and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Monitor, review, and resolve CRM and agency Help Desk support incidents, ensuring quality analysis, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance.
• Write, edit, and review support operating procedures and ticket responses.
• Monitor, review, and complete software UAT for CRM and agency Help Desk products, ensuring issues and enhancement requests are updated accurately and on time.

What are we looking for?

• 7 years of experience using Atlassian Jira products, including Service Desk and Software.
• 4 years of experience with end user testing of software releases.
• 2 years of preferred experience using Zendesk and CRM Help Desk tools.
• 2 years of preferred experience using MS Modern Requirements.
• Preferred experience using Jira.

• Rate: $40.00/hour

• W2 Contract

• Worksite Location: Remote

• Contract through 8/31/27 with opportunity for extension
