  • Coordinate with project management and sales teams to ensure a clear, timely handoff from quotation through order execution.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners throughout the bid and quotation process.
  • Confirm special pricing, terms, lead times, product availability, and approved substitutions, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
  • Follow standardized Northeast Region quotation processes and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, consistency, visibility, and service across locations.
  • Monitor assigned opportunities and ordering activity to identify pricing, scope, or delivery risks before they affect the customer or project.
  • Build product and technical knowledge through training, manufacturer resources, and collaboration with experienced team members.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with outside sales, inside sales, branch associates, project management, vendors, and support teams.
  • Communicate customer needs, project changes, risks, and next steps clearly and promptly.
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, customer service, teamwork, ethics, and accountability.
