Billing Specialist (ARS)
The Billing Specialist (ARS) is responsible for duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and invoicing.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned accounts (e.g., researching and/or analyzing contracts, depositing all payments, monitoring of delinquent accounts, preparing/reviewing/maintaining aged receivables)
- Complete Accounts Payable functions (i.e., generating accounts payable and processing routine bills)
- Ensure accurate recording of time and bill rates for travelers entered into Vendor Management Software
- Ensure accurate billing of facilities and payments to subcontractors; work with subcontractors to resolve discrepancies, as needed
- Research issues attributing to account delinquency, determine appropriate collections actions and implement those actions
- Collect and record cancellation fees from subcontractors

Here's what we are looking for:
- High School diploma
- 2 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or Payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations
Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
Comp & Benefits
$21.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience
