Recruiting Coordinator I
Peak Performers has partnered with a Fortune 500 organization to assist in their search for a Recruiting Coordinator I in Kentucky. In this position, you will support recruiting activities by coordinating interviews, managing candidate and new hire communications, tracking recruitment activity, and partnering with recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring teams.
Major duties
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate availability with hiring leaders and panel interviewers.
- Collaborate with interview teams to track interview summaries and support timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Coordinate new hire start date communications and preparation, including pre-employment testing, background checks, and drug screens.
- Track recruiting activities and requisition status and provide weekly reporting.
Assist with additional recruiting coordination and administrative activities as needed.
What are we looking for?
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination or human resources experience; administrative experience involving interview scheduling may also be relevant.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt quickly to changing needs, handle confidential information appropriately, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prior experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HCM platform is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is also preferred.
Exciting Opportunity Details
- Contract: 8 month W2 contract
- Worksite Location: Kentucky, 40223
- Hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in office; Monday and Friday remote
- Pay rate: $23.66/hr
