Senior Data Quality Analyst

Peak Performers has partnered with a {type of business} to assist in their search for a hybrid Senior Data Quality Analyst in Austin, Tx. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data within the agency's MDM environment.

Major duties

• Define, document, and enforce data quality rules for master data. 
• Profile and analyze data to identify issues, patterns, and trends. 
• Perform regular data quality tests and validation activities. 
• Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality. 
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards and KPIs for data quality reporting. 
• Support MDM projects by providing quality metrics and recommendations. 
• Stay current with best practices and trends in data quality management.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of data quality analysis experience, preferably in an MDM environment. 

• Strong SQL and database query skills. 

• Experience with relational and dimensional data models. 

• Proven ability to create and track measures, metrics, and KPIs. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience profiling data in Informatica MDM. 

• Advanced data visualization skills for management-level reporting. 

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field.

• W2 Contract

• 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension
