Director of Job One Custom Prints

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS 
Lead a growing apparel and promotional products business while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. You will drive growth, lead operations, develop teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 
• Lead apparel decoration and promotional products operations. 
• Grow revenue through new and existing customer relationships. 
• Ensure orders are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality. 
• Manage production, inventory, equipment, and team performance. 
• Build a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 
• Leadership experience in apparel production, promotional products, manufacturing, or operations. 
• Proven success leading teams and improving performance. 
• Strong business and customer relationship skills. 
• Experience with screen printing, embroidery, DTG, or promotional products is a plus.
